Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for orders over 100€ where shipping is free.

For items over 75€, we recommend using a tracking service or insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
Returns
Standard Return Policy:

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Non-returnable Items:

AI software services provided by Oryst.

Items with obvious signs of use, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Return Process:

To make a return, a proof of purchase is required.

Do not return the purchase to the manufacturer and wait for return instructions that will be sent to you after you have contacted and explained your situation via the email: contact@oryst.co

Return costs are your responsibility and are not refundable.
Refunds:

After your return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether the refund has been approved or not.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges
Exchange Conditions:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged initially.

For an exchange, email us at contact@oryst.co and wait for instructions that will be sent to you as soon as possible.
Gifts
Gift Processing:

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver intended to give it to you later, we will send the refund to them.
