Shipping & Returns 

Shipping

Shipping Conditions:

  • Our products are shipped within 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for orders over 100€ where shipping is free.

International Delivery:

  • Delivery time can vary depending on your location.

  • For items over 75€, we recommend using a tracking service or insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.

Returns

Standard Return Policy:

  • You can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable Items:

  • AI software services provided by Oryst.

  • Items with obvious signs of use, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Return Process:

  • To make a return, a proof of purchase is required.

  • Do not return the purchase to the manufacturer and wait for return instructions that will be sent to you after you have contacted and explained your situation via the email: contact@oryst.co

  • Return costs are your responsibility and are not refundable.

Refunds:

  • After your return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether the refund has been approved or not.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges

Exchange Conditions:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged initially.

  • For an exchange, email us at contact@oryst.co and wait for instructions that will be sent to you as soon as possible.

Gifts

Gift Processing:

  • If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver intended to give it to you later, we will send the refund to them.
